Is Distill an agency?

Yes and no. Distill is a marketing consulting firm that understand the creative process. We have experience managing creative work as well as integrated marketing campaigns. Perhaps think of us as a hybrid of consultant and agency …. “consultoagency”.

Do you do creative?

We do not have in-house creative resources on staff. But we have partners that we can collaborate with to deliver creative. The deliverables from our consulting engagements will often form the foundation of a creative brief.

What is your fee structure?

We are conciously not a low cost provider. Our fees are commensurate with the value we add for our clients. We have a standard rate sheet for both ad-hoc consulting services and the more proprietary elements of our offering. Using this as a starting point we will work with our clients to agree an investment in Distill’s services that is reasonable and palatable for all involved.

What about confidentiality?

In our work we are often privy to a client’s sensitive and confidential information. We will only seek and accept information to the extent necessary to complete our assignment. When appropriate we sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. We will inform you if we have any conflict of interest with our work for another client. We will take all necessary measures to secure and protect your confidential information.

What about process?

We have established business processes to efficiently manage project activities, resources, costs and billing using reputable third party software and associated services. We are happy to share details if helpful.

Are you digital?

We are not a digital marketing agency. But we are well versed in content marketing and the use of digital channels. We understand how to leverage digital in the marketing mix. Our principal consultant is a recently certified digital marketer.

Consulting Agreement?

We often are engaged by clients under the terms of a formal consulting agreement. We are flexible on terms and can offer a simple consulting agreement form of our own if that is helpful.
